The Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) serves as the technological nerve centre of the Dharamshala Smart City initiative. Designed to enhance urban management and ensure efficient service delivery, the ICCC seamlessly integrates and monitors various smart infrastructure projects across the city.

All major projects under the Smart City Mission are being brought under the umbrella of the ICCC to enable centralized control, real-time monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. Key systems already integrated with the ICCC include variable messaging displays (VMDs), smart LED streetlights, smart meters, solar power plants and many other. These integrations help optimize energy usage, improve city-wide communication, and ensure better resource management. And in future more projects and initiatives will be integrated with ICCC . The ICCC stands as a cornerstone of Dharamshala’s transformation into a more connected, secure, and sustainable urban environment
